Architect/ OIC FOR Design
• Formal Meeting with clients and interview regarding the proposed project and Budget
• Research and Studied of Site condition and Local Ordinances for the proposed Project
• Preparation of Preliminary Schematic Design and Perspectives for Residential and Commercial Projects ▪ Upon approval of Proposal, prepare complete sets of working drawings from Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing
• Finalization of Structural conceptualization with engineers
• Preparation and editing of General Specifications
• Site supervision and Monitoring of Ongoing construction project together with the Project engineer
• Handle schedule of other designers and OJT for design
• Check and approved the design and perspectives of other architects before releasing to the clients
• Set meeting with clients with concerns
• Attend weekly meeting with other concerns department in the company and prepare weekly report for presentations

Junior Architect/Apprentice
• Conduct site ocular and inspections
• Preparation of Preliminary Schematic Designs and Perspectives for Residential and Commercial Projects
• Upon approval of Proposal, prepare complete sets of working drawings from Architectural, Structural, Electrical and Plumbing
• Preparation of Building permits documents (BOM and General Specification)
• Site visits for ongoing construction

Junior Architect/Draftsman
• Supply working drawings, Detailed shop drawings
• Site supervision (Shangri-La Hotel BGC)
• Preparation of Interior finishes and Specifications
